Hello and Welcome to the New Website!
After almost 3 years, we have decided to update the Sunshine Daydream website. While the previous incarnation did it’s job, it was getting a little hard to manage at times. The new website uses WordPress as a CMS which will make posting shows and news a snap.
Please feel free to let us know what you think of the new site by posting your comments and suggestions on this post (*see below.) Please keep in mind that this is not a message board and any questions or information regarding our events should still be posted on our message board. And as always, you can reach us by phone or email if there is something you need directly.

Nice job! Much easier on the eyes late at night for sure. Just wish that the message board link was easier to find. Otherwise good show old boy!
We can certainly keep that in mind, Mr Mountain. There are a few things that will change over the winter as we get used to using the new system. Thanks for the input.

@DanTheMan and dayton: Thanks for the kudos! The new design was meant to be total departure from the last version of the site. I really like the bold yet subdued colors!
@ dayton: Well, message boards are kind of a risky business. It is a place where you share and discuss topics in a public place. And just like any public place there is always the chance that some jerk is gonna butt-in and ruin your good time.
The best advice that I can give is to never use a public message board as your private message/personal information database! If you lose important information because it was stored on a message board and that message board goes off-line it can be extremely frustrating. Just don’t use a message board as your PIM (personal information manager) and you will be okay!
I think it looks sweet !! Fine job yet again Billee!! Lets give Billee some time to get the rest of it goin.. On another note its snowing like mad here on the farm!! Happy Hollidays ya FREAKS.. Keep checkin back I hope to have some festi info soon..

Thanks for all the fine compliments. For the design I just wanted something really eye-catching, but not so “in your face” and cartoony as the last design. The colors chosen for the design are a testament to my better understanding of Color Theory and how colors affect mood. I personally feel I hit the nail on the head with this one. Strong but subtle and with some cooler shades.
Anywho, working on the new message board now. Should be functional within the next couple of days. Until then, thanks for the encouragement!

Wait a minute! it changed. My eye immediately strayed towards the nice dancin girl at the forefront. Now she is just standing there talkin smack. Anyway, I love it. I hope she is dancin again next time.

Guys, this is not a message board. This is a weblog, or “blog” as they are often called. You are supposed to simply comment on the post, not chat with each other. Please refrain from using the comments form here as a message board. I hate deleting comments, but if you read the post above it states:

I had to delete some comments since they were starting to get out-of-hand. Please do not use this website as a message board. I would hate to have to disable comments on this site, but I will have to if you all can’t play nice with each other.
